- The management reserves the right to release rooms on non-arrival of guests after 06.00 pm EAST unless prior notification is received of planned late arrival;
- Full payment is required at least 35 days before the date of accommodation from clients who do not have credit facilities with Ishasha-Ntungwa River Camp. The booking office reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid for within this period;
The following cancellation charges apply to reservations at Ishasha-Ntungwe River Camp:
- 30 days prior to the date of taking up residence: no charge;
- 25 - 29 days prior to the date of taking up residence: 8% charge;
- 24 - 10 days prior to at the date of taking up residence: 24% charge;
- 9 - 2 days prior to the date of taking up residence: 60% charge;
- 48 hours or less prior to arrival: full charge.
